Nwanne Udeagha is the Founder and Executive Director of Lifelong Support, Inc., bringing more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience in pharmacy operations, patient care, and healthcare management. Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams in complex healthcare environments with a consistent focus on compassionate, person-centered care.
Nwanne’s vision for Lifelong Support is grounded in a simple belief: every individual deserves care that is safe, respectful, empowering, and human. She has built the organization around that principle, pairing operational accountability with genuine compassion to help individuals live with greater independence and dignity.
Beyond her professional work, Nwanne has spent years volunteering in special needs ministry and community outreach. Her time supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, combined with decades of collaborating with caregivers and providers, shapes her commitment to building support systems centered on inclusion and community connection.

Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
Troy Bundy brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning technology, engineering, business operations, and organizational development. As a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and with a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland Baltimore County, Troy has spent his career building teams, solving complex operational challenges, and creating organizations dedicated to excellence.
As co-founder of his first successful business venture, Avid Technology Professionals, Troy helped lead the company’s growth over a 21-year period into a successful enterprise employing more than many IT professionals and solving many difficult software and systems engineering problems. His experience managing large teams, developing scalable business processes, implementing technology-driven solutions, and maintaining rigorous quality standards has positioned him as a trusted leader across multiple industries.
At Lifelong Support, Troy applies this same commitment to excellence to the developmental disabilities community. Working alongside healthcare professionals, caregivers, and support staff, he focuses on building the infrastructure, systems, and culture necessary to deliver safe, reliable, and person-centered services.
Troy’s mission is simple: create an organization where individuals receiving services, families, employees, and community partners all experience respect, accountability, compassion, and measurable results.
