Throughout her career, she has led high-performing teams in complex healthcare environments with a consistent focus on compassionate, person-centered care.

Nwanne’s vision for Lifelong Support is grounded in a simple belief: every individual deserves care that is safe, respectful, empowering, and human. She has built the organization around that principle, pairing operational accountability with genuine compassion to help individuals live with greater independence and dignity.
