Troy Bundy brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning technology, engineering, business operations, and organizational development. As a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering and with a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland Baltimore County, Troy has spent his career building teams, solving complex operational challenges, and creating organizations dedicated to excellence.

As co-founder of his first successful business venture, Avid Technology Professionals, Troy helped lead the company’s growth over a 21-year period into a successful enterprise employing more than 300 professionals and generating over $175 million in revenue. His experience managing large teams, developing scalable business processes, implementing technology-driven solutions, and maintaining rigorous quality standards has positioned him as a trusted leader across multiple industries.

At Lifelong Support, Troy applies this same commitment to excellence to the developmental disabilities community. Working alongside healthcare professionals, caregivers, and support staff, he focuses on building the infrastructure, systems, and culture necessary to deliver safe, reliable, and person-centered services.
